The pursuit of weight loss is traditionally one of the most popular resolutions at the turn of every year.   Unfortunately for many the prospects of a new year are often not enough influence to break bad habits of the past and individuals find themselves slipping back into old habits.   For those who are able to hold onto that drive to battle the bulge the road can be difficult filled with obstacles and weight gaining opportunities.
